Incoming / Internal Quality Assurance (IQA)
- Receiving and receipting of goods in a timely manner, ensuring correct recording and handling, including following safety and storage temperature requirements.
- Sampling, inspection and documentation of received materials against established quality specifications, elevating discrepancies via the appropriate process.
- Correct labelling of materials with material codes, batch, expiry date and status labels.
- Maintain systems for tracking the progress of materials under inspection from receipt through to final release.
- Proactively drive materials through the receipt, inspection and release process to meet expected time lines.
Warehouse
- Timely and accurate processing of internal requisitions and packing pick lists, include physical movement of materials and SAP inventory movements.
- Prompt quarantine of non-conforming or expired material, including labelling, segregation, and update of SAP.
