Eclipse Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Consultant in Accident & Emergency (A&E) to join a leading hospital within the North West region. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled A&E consultant to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to patients in urgent need.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the A&E department, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to patients with urgent medical needs.
Provide clinical leadership, expertise, and support to the A&E team, including junior doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
Develop and implement patient care pathways, ensuring timely assessments and interventions.
Provide specialist advice and guidance on complex clinical cases within the department.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and the efficiency of A&E services.
Participate in departmental audits, quality improvement projects, and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with clinical governance and safeguarding protocols.
Requirements:

GMC Registration with a Licence to Practise.
Significant experience in Accident & Emergency medicine.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities.
