Role Overview
As a Band 7 RGN specialising in Cardiac Care, you will:
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of healthcare professionals.
Deliver outstanding cardiac nursing care, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to patients’ individual needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
Drive service improvements and participate in clinical audits.
Requirements:
Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Significant experience in cardiac nursing and managing complex cases.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centred care.
Desirable Skills:
Postgraduate qualification in cardiac nursing or a related field.
Experience in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
