Job Opportunity: Transport Planner – Erith (Immediate Start)

Key Responsibilities:
- Producing an efficient, cost-effective daily transport plan.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with sub-contractor partners.
- Keeping accurate transport records.
- Providing administrative support to internal and external customers.
- Conducting driver debriefs.
- Completing CAPAs and carrying out root-cause analysis.
- Supporting export delivery processes and planning.
- Ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Embracing continuous professional development.
- Additional duties as directed by the National Transport Manager.
Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Requirements:
- Previous Transport Planning experience is essential.
- A good level of geographical knowledge.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service experience (desirable).
