Premier Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established, multi-office law firm based in Docklands to recruit a Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive for their busy Litigation department.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional with at least 5 years of experience to provide essential support in a dynamic litigation team. Working closely with a senior lawyer, you will assist in managing a diverse caseload across landlord and tenant, property disputes, general contractual disputes, debt recovery, and some employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assisting in case preparation and legal research
✅ Drafting and reviewing legal documents
✅ Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
✅ Liaising with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals
✅ Supporting trial preparation
✅ Strong knowledge of CPR (Civil Procedure Rules) preferred
Who We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experienced Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive with a strong litigation background
🔹 Solid understanding of legal procedures and terminology
🔹 Excellent research and legal drafting skills
🔹 Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
