Receptionist/Administrator

Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Dartford, Kent. We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Receptionist/Administrator. This is full-time 9 months contract permanent position and working for very well established company. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls and taking messages when required.
  • To greet visitors courteously and notify the member of staff being visited that their visitor has arrived, following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Coordination of company health-care monitoring and massage appointments.
  • Assisting with various administration duties as determined by the administration team.
  • Comprehensive administrative support to the company.
  • Coordinating Travel Arrangement.
  • Supporting Event Management by assisting with the organization of events, such as on-site customer training sessions and internal department meetings.

Person Specification

  • Smart and Professional Appearance
  • Good general level of education (GCSE)
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office
  • Reception experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Good team player
