Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

Hourly rate £12.21 will increase in stages once you are fully trained up to £15.15 per hour

Premier Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operative to join a busy food production company based in Erith. This is an excellent ongoing temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:

  • Operating production machinery, including robotic equipment (full training provided)
  • Ensuring smooth running of the production line
  • Carrying out quality checks and basic machine maintenance
  • Working to health & safety and hygiene standards

Shift Pattern:

  • Rotating shifts – one week early (6am-2pm), one week late (2pm-10pm)
  • Monday to Friday

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating machinery, ideally within a food production environment
  • Candidates from other manufacturing or production industries will also be considered
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual and keen to learn new skills
