Lead Warehouse Trainer
📍 Location: Bexleyheath area
⏰ Hours: 10am – 6pm with occasional night shift cover
💰 Pay: £16.15 per hour –Temp to Perm
Premier Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a well-established wholesale company in the Bexley area. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Warehouse Trainer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
About the Role:
As the Lead Warehouse Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all warehouse staff receive professional training, from induction to on-the-job development. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and Health & Safety Coordinator, you will oversee manual handling, MHE (LLOPs, FLTs, PPTs), and warehouse process training, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct induction and practical training for new and existing warehouse colleagues
✅ Train staff in warehouse operations, MHE use, and health & safety procedures
✅ Deliver refresher training and ongoing support to maintain high standards
✅ Ensure accurate record-keeping of all training and compliance requirements
✅ Work collaboratively with Senior Managers and Trainers to support all shifts
What We’re Looking For:
✔ FLT/MHE License (essential)
✔ Previous training experience within a warehouse environment
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Computer literate with good administrative abilities
✔ High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
✔ Ability to work independently and take initiative
