Forklift Driver

Ongoing Temporary Position
Erith | £12.52 per hour | Monday-Friday | Rotating Shifts

We are supporting a busy food production company in Erith who are looking to add a dependable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to their team. This role offers consistent weekday work, a supportive environment, and the chance to progress into Flexi forklift training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operating Counterbalance forklifts within a food production environment
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Moving stock, ingredients, and materials across the site
  • Assisting with general warehouse and production support
  • Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
  • Adhering to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Keeping work areas clean and organised

What You’ll Need

  • A valid Counterbalance forklift licence
  • Experience within warehouse or production settings (food production preferred but not essential)
  • Strong reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork
  • Flexibility to work both rotating shifts each week

Shift Pattern (Weekly Rotation)

  • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 14:00 – 22:00
  • Monday to Friday
  • Must be able to alternate shifts weekly
