Premier Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established nursing and care provider in Dartford, supporting their search for a dedicated Field Care Supervisor. Covering the Meopham to Greenwich area, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to step into a vital role within a respected organisation.

The Role

Working closely with the Field Care Manager, Care Planner and Branch Manager, you will support the delivery of a safe, effective and compliant domiciliary care service. Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out domiciliary care risk and manual handling assessments for new service users
• Supporting ongoing quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of care
• Providing quarterly one-to-one supervision for care staff and maintaining clear records
• Assisting with training and development programmes for care assistants
• Participating in the on-call rota to coordinate cover for unplanned absences
• Visiting clients across the region, ensuring care plans are followed and needs are met

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supervising others within a health or social care setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
• Excellent assessment capabilities
• Confident working independently and managing your own workload
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is
• A positive, flexible attitude and alignment with the company’s core values
