Premier Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a prestigious law firm in Sevenoaks, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their well-established team. This role offers hybrid working, providing flexibility alongside a supportive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Conducting title checks, preparing contracts, and dealing with enquiries.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of property law.
- Managing deadlines effectively while maintaining high client service standards.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and relevant regulations.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently.
