Premier Recruitment Group is pleased to be partnering with a well-established wholesale business based in Erith to support with the hire of an Administration Assistant to support the Buying department . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a busy office environment, with full training provided.
The Role
You’ll be supporting the team with a range of administrative and office-based tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of information, documentation, and communication across the business. This role would suit someone organised, proactive, and confident using Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating internal systems with delivery information
- Expediting stock and order updates
- Amending cost prices in line with metal fluctuations
- Liaising with suppliers and global offices
- Handling enquiries from Sales and Buying Teams
- Raising purchase orders and checking confirmations
- Supporting shipping processes and documentation
- General office duties including data entry and answering calls
What We’re Looking For
- Administrator with strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
- Reliable, accurate, and able to manage a varied workload
