Solicitor – Non-Contentious Probate
Location: Bromley
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

Premier Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnered with a Legal 500 law firm, seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor – Non-Contentious Probate (5+ years PQE) to join their busy and dynamic team. Our Client will consider full timer or part time Solicitors.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the firm’s Private Client offering. You will:

• Advise clients on all aspects of non-contentious probate, wills, and trusts.
• Provide expert, professional, and friendly advice, ensuring exceptional levels of client care.
• Manage your own caseload efficiently while supporting colleagues with wider contentious work where required.
• Undertake out-of-office appointments and home visits when needed.
• Play an active role in business development and networking activities.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales).
• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in probate/private client work (STEP qualification advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, probate procedures, and legislation.
• Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to deliver outstanding service.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy caseload independently.
