Parts Advisor – Carlisle
Salary: £28,000 per annum + OTE £33,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (half-day)

The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers with their parts needs, ensuring excellent service and driving sales growth. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with existing clients to maintain long-term business partnerships.
• Upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Handling inbound calls and proactively converting them into new customers.
• Providing expert advice on parts availability, pricing, and suitability.
• Processing orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
