We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Leader to join a well-established food production company. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous experience as a Line Leader or Proseal machine operator. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the production line, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
- Operate Proseal machines and ensure machines are running smoothly and safely.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of production workers to meet daily targets.
- Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor and maintain the correct use of materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate when necessary to reduce downtime.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure production goals are achieved.

- Previous experience in a Line Leader role, Proseal machine operation, or a similar production environment is advantageous.
